Deactivated Patch of UA5000 Causes N2000 BMS Power Monitoring Result Is Different from UA5000

Issue Description
UA5000 (MDU devices in Huawei FTTH/FTTC network) should be motoring environment and power alarms and send results to BMS. But AC power status in BMS was incorrect for one site, even UA5000 result normal. From attachment you can compare results at BMS and UA5000.
We implemented this monitoring process using following network scheme:
BMS<--->IP bear network<--->UA5000_PVM<--->PSD
BMS version is iManager N2000 BMS V200R008B02D061SP10
UA5000 PVM version is V100R013B02D072SP06
Alarm Information
BMS not generated alarm. But when query status of power, AC power status is abnormal. From attachment you can see screenshot of AC power status.
Handling Process
We tried following ways but they are no result.
1. Synchronization
2. Delete config for power monitoring and again reconfigured
PVMV100R013B02D072 'SP06' is dedicated for monitoring environment and power. We activated and runned correct patch. After that, the problem disappeared.
UA5000#patch activate all
UA5000#patch run all
UA5000#display patch all active
  Host version:               PVMV100R013
  Patch version:              PVMV100R013B02D072SP06
  Patch number:               6
  Number of formal patch:     6
  Number of temporary patch:  0
  Number of running patch:    6
  Number of actived patch:    0
  Number of deactived patch:  0
Root Cause
 This problem can be raised by following reasons:
1. AC power status is actually faulted

2. The recovery alarm not created by UA5000, bcause BMS can't clear the alarm automatically.
But AC power status of PSD is normal.
Also from log we not find any AC power down and recovered alarms.
While check UA5000 configuration data, we detected UA5000 latest patch was not activated and runned.

Suggestions
During operation should be work carefully.
Also from log we not find any AC power down and recovered alarms.

What is the problem of DC client login failure?

DC client login failed due to the version inconsistent between the client and server .

Issue Description
Login DC client with correct account and password, but failed.
Alarm Information
"ASN Dcode fails on the client side. Closing the application."

Handling Process
1. Try to login the local DC client in the server. No problem.
2. Try to login the BMS client for the remote client. It can login but with the notification of version inconsistent between the client and server.
3. Upgrade the client version to be same as the server's. The problem solved.
Root Cause
The root reason is the version inconsistent between the client and server.
There's no version verification function for DC component, when the versions between the client and server are different, it will give the notification "ASN Dcode fail on the client side. Closing the application." during the DC client login.
Suggestions

Null.

Why can not log in BMS system after V200R011C01B037 BMS newly added the northbound interface components?

Issue Description
When manage Huawei MA5600T, can not log in BMS system after V200R011C01B037 BMS newly added the northbound interface components, why?
BMS version: iManager N2000 BMS V200R011C01B037
Because we didn't choose the northbound interface components at the first installation, the northbound process can't be started and the function can't be usefully. But the northbound function is necessary to the customer, so we have to newly add the northbound interface components. After installed the components, we can't log in the BMS system and the error is "The license file has been overdue".
Alarm Information
Try to log in the BMS system, the error is "The license file has been overdue".
Handling Process
The process is as follows:
1. The BMS is only installed for three days and the probationary period is 90 days;
2. Before the installation of northbound interface components, the system can be logged in successfully. The installation aroused the problem;
3. The installation of new BMS components will update the old license in the system. The error  indicated the new BMS license isn't working, so we think the update has some problems;
4. We checked the updated license file and find it's much bigger than normal license file;
5. Copy other normal license to overlay the error license;
6. Re-start the BMS system, we can log in successfully.
Root Cause
The installation of new BMS components will update the old license in the system. The error information indicated the new BMS license isn't working, so we think the update has some problems.
The BMS version iManager N2000 BMS V200R011C01B037 has the problem. If the problem appeared, we have to copy other normal license to overlay the error license to solve the problem.
